Is Star Boostly free?
Yes, joining is free for brands and creators. Brands pay the creator's price (plus GST where it applies). Creators pay a small fee only when a collab is completed.
How do I know a creator is real?
Look for the tick — our team checks every one. “Verified via Instagram” means the follower count comes straight from Instagram. “Verified by Star Boostly” means our team checked the account by hand.
What if the creator doesn't post?
Your money is held by Star Boostly until you approve the live post. If the creator can't or won't deliver what you briefed, you get your money back.
Can I see the content before it goes live?
Yes. The creator sends you a draft first, and you can ask for changes up to twice before it's posted.
When do creators get paid?
As soon as the brand approves the live post, the creator's share is added to their earnings. They can withdraw it to their bank — usually there within one working day.
